Honey Whole Wheat Bread

- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 4 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
- 2 1/4 very warm water
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Mix and knead an additional 4 cups white flour
- let rise for 45 minutes
- form 2 circular loaves on a greased baking sheet
- let rise for 45 minutes
- bake at 350* for 30-45 minutes
